Line Producer / Account Manager

We are on the hunt for a talented, proactive Line Producer / Account Manager to join our team in a newly created role. This hybrid position blends client-facing account management with hands-on production oversight — giving you the chance to lead projects from budget to wrap while building strong client relationships.

Sustainability and supporting our local crews are at the heart of what we do, and you’ll play a critical role in making sure every production is not just spectacular, but responsible too.

This hybrid role is pivotal to us, combining:

  • Client relationship management: Be the go-to person for our clients, keeping communication clear, expectations exceeded, and opportunities spotted.
  • Production management: Plan, manage and deliver projects from pre-production to final wrap – covering budgets, schedules, crew and suppliers.
  • Financial oversight: Keep an eagle eye on budgets, forecasts and cost reporting to make sure every project stays on track.

You’ll be collaborating with producers, creatives, and internal teams to ensure every production meets our high standards and client expectations, all while helping us champion sustainability and smarter working practices across every project.

Key responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Share updates on project progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Solve problems proactively and spot opportunities for clients.

Finance & Accounting

  • Prepare, monitor and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Track daily expenditure, oversee supplier payments (including ensuring crew logs and invoicing aligns to chargeable time) and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work with internal accounts teams to ensure transparency and support audits.
  • Advise on financial implications of production changes.

Cross-Functional Collboration

  • Liaise across creative, production, operations and finance teams.
  • Ensure alignment of budget, schedule and delivery.
  • Support company initiatives to improve workflow and client experience.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in production management (Line Producer and/or senior production roles).
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting and forecasting.
  • Excellent client management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Proficient in excel and a familiarity of accounting software an advantage..
  • Leadership presence, proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
  • Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
