Key responsibilities:
As a Line Producer at Real SFX, you will:
- Manage budgets: Oversee all aspects of production budgets from development to post-production, ensuring projects remain financially viable.
- Schedule production: Create, implement, and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Team leadership: Hire and manage production staff and key crew members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Client liaison: Work closely with studio and network executives to align budgets and schedules with project goals.
- Compliance oversight: Ensure adherence to union rules, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
- Post-production coordination: Oversee post-production workflows for a seamless transition between production phases.
Essential skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of production experience, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and quoting systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
